The 2023 Travel Fair, hosted by ITT Lakenheath of the 48 Force Support Squadron, was designed to bring the community together and excite them about the trips offered by ITT during the summer season. Attendees had the opportunity to register for prizes, including travel accessories and trip packages. The event also marked the grand roll-out of the bi-annual travel catalog, 360 Degrees North, a 60-page catalog I designed in collaboration with the ITT team, detailing all available trips.

The 2023 Travel Fair was the most successful to date, doubling attendance from the previous year with over 800 participants. My marketing strategy focused on early and consistent promotion, using banners, posters, digital screens, the At Ease Magazine, a promotional video, and social media advertising to ensure the event's branding was enticing and widespread. My clients were extremely pleased with the results and the high turnout.

To ensure high attendance at the 2023 Travel Fair, I focused on reaching a broad segment of our target audience. The event's overarching themes of adventure, exploration, and fun were central to my cohesive marketing strategy. I designed all posters, banners, videos, and social media posts to embody these themes, working closely with event organizers to ensure all designs met their expectations and maintained consistency in the months leading up to the event.
